LELEADER INDUSTRIAL PARK

Located in Togoudo, district of Allada municipality only 45min drive from the capital, PIL is Leleader owned operated industrial park in Benin. The park covers a total land area of 54020 square meters that can accommodate production and storage facilities, as well as a spacious office center in the territory of the park. PIL offers a wide range of manufacturing and storage premises with tailor-made solutions. Those manufacturing or warehouse premises which are provided with basic communication engineering networks and standard fit out or to rent tailor-made premises according to our manufacturing needs, manufacturing cycle and business requirements. PIL will host a dozen production units by 2025.
